Essential Duties and Responsibilities:

  • Directs and coordinates product and solution delivery across cross-functional areas including Product, Marketing, Finance, Operations, and the Line of Business.
  • Act as a liaison between Product, Marketing and the Sales Teams: identify trends and gaps within the Product Portfolio and solutions that are launching.
  • Responsible for communication and awareness of new solutions across our Direct and Partner Sales Channels, both internally and externally.
  • Create and lead the Sales Launch process across all sales channels to ensure smooth implementation and effective sales adoption.
  • Track sales adoption, performance and success of solutions in a data-driven manner.
  • Meet and exceed task and timeline completion deadlines with the mindset of delivering sales tools, content and material by target dates.
  • Plans and drives an organized Go-To-Market strategy to launch solutions to market, including training.
  • Manage and maintain multiple projects/timelines at once with the goal of delivering solutions by the target date.
  • Maintain good-standing relationships with external vendors.
  • Look for gaps or breaks in internal processes.

Required Education, Skills or Experience:

  • 3 + years of experience, Payment Industry strongly preferred.
  • An experienced professional with a full understanding of area of specialization who can resolve a wide range of issues in creative ways.
  • Field sales experience (or) technical front and back-end process understanding.
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills across multiple areas of the organization, as well as with internal and external stakeholders.
  • Ability to manage multiple projects & timelines.
  • Collaboration.
  • Ability to hold difficult conversations.
