The Opportunity:

This role is responsible for attracting top talent to ME and will play a key role in achieving the business and hiring objectives. Responsible for sourcing and assessing exceptional talent and developing relationships with future talent pipelines. Will operate as a key partner with hiring managers on all aspects of the Talent Acquisition process to include recruitment strategy, candidate selection, compensation recommendations and offer presentation. Reporting to the Director of Talent Acquisition, this role will be an integral part of developing, implementing and streamlining new Talent Acquisition processes and sourcing strategies.

Essential Duties and Responsibilities:

  • Manage a workload of open roles that are crucial to the company meeting their strategic growth plans.
  • Build and manage a candidate pipeline from target organizations, develop a sourcing strategy, properly assess candidate qualifications, and present and close opportunities effectively.
  • Building pipelines and serving as a Diversity, Equity & Inclusion ambassador while creating and nurturing relationships with top talent in diverse talent communities through multi-touch outreach, partnerships and events.
  • Conduct an effective, structured intake session with hiring managers, ensuring consistency in hiring process, and offer expert advice on developing strong and diverse talent pools, utilizing best in class sourcing and selection tools.
  • Demonstrate new and creative ideas to source talent via tools (in addition to Linked In, social media, employee referrals and other job boards.)
  • Successfully maintaining open jobs and candidate pipelines in Applicant Tracking System (we use Greenhouse). Partner with Hiring Managers to effectively utilized the ATS to its full capacity, particularly as a Structured Interview tool

Qualifications:

  • 2+ years’ experience in either a full cycle or sourcing recruitment function in a fast-paced environment, ideally within a startup or agency environment.
  • Proven success in sourcing passive candidates through direct sourcing
  • Experience recruiting various corporate functions such as Sales, Finance, Risk, and/or Product.
  • Experience leveraging creative sourcing tools and techniques such as: LinkedIn recruiter, Applicant Tracking Systems (ATS), social recruiting, external recruiting resources (websites, databases, newsletters, other online resources, events) and Boolean searching
